Once you make a purchase on this online store site, please be advised that there will not be any refunds or exchanges. Due to Covid and health concerns and for sanitary purpose, health safety. With that being said all SALES ARE FINAL.
We always examine all our products before shipping them out. Now in a unlikely event your product comes to you damaged due to the shipping process. You will need to take a picture of the damage product immediately and send it to us via email to our business email listed on here. The contact info is in the contact section. After we have viewed and examined the damage product, via picture emailed to our business email address. Then we will request you to send us the damage product back to our business office mailing address. You will be responsible for shipping cost when sending it back to us. We do not cover reshipping fees for returned products. Then we will cover the shipping cost once we ship you another replacement product if there is any of that item left.
If there is no more left we will do an in store credit only.
The item you are returning due to arriving damaged can not show any signs of wear or use at all. Do not try on items or make the situation worse if something is already wrong. be sure to leave all items as it appeared when arrived to you damaged. So we can assure the damage came from shipping process only and not from the customer. Then take a picture of damaged item and send it to us ASAP. If a unlikely case you do receive a damaged product you will need to contact us ASAP within the first 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. Following the steps given above to assure you are able to get it replaced with the same item that was purchased with no delays or issues.
If you wait more than 24 hours one day which include the weekends to contact us about the damaged product. You will not be able to return/replace your product.
What ever product you ordered that came to you damaged due to the shipping process. Will be the exact same product/item you'll receive once its replaced due to shipping damage cause. You cannot get a different product/item or exchange in place of the one you ordered before. It has to be the exact same product/item we are replacing due to the damage from shipping process only.
Please be mindful that these rules must apply due to health concerns and health safety. It's my goal to keep everyone free of any health hazards like Covid, Flu virus and plenty of other health issues. I am striving for good customer service as well as health safety for myself and all my customers.
All orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after your payment has been successfully processed. Unless it's a custom made item. Custom made items will likely be processed 5-7 business days sometimes sooner.
For damage items please include: your first and last name, contact information, email, phone number and your order # and return your damaged package to our office address at:
