Shipping AND DELIVERY information

Our production and shipping process will be closed during the following dates:

Memorial Day, May 30th 2023

Independence Day, Thursday July 4th 2023

Labor Day, Monday September 5th 2023 

Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 24th 2023

Christmas Day, Wednesday December 25th 2023

New Years Day, Wednsday January 1st 2024

Processing Time:

For all local order deliveries (Tulsa County Areas Only) please be advised if you use the local delivery (same day delivery) option, it will be delivered the same day of ordering if placed before the cut off time 5:00pm central time. Also be advised that any custom made oder's will not be delivered the same day. Due to processing time to make the custom made item. Unless the custom made item is already pre-made and ready for shipping that day. Some custom made items are already pre-made but many are not. So you could emails us to check the status of particular items you're interested in for a same day delivery.

But if you are ordering a custom made item please use the regular shipping method. For the custom made items could take 1=3 business days to be ready for shipment.

We will not be responsible for delivery to the wrong address that you have provide to us. So please make sure the address enter is correct.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time for all other orders that are not a local delivery to be processed and shipped. It is in our goal to have all order's shipped out within the first 48 hours, after receiving your order and payment method.

But if in an unusual case were we couldn't have order shipped out from busy hours and over flow of orders. We will do our best to get your order shipped out within the first 72 hours which is 1-3 business days period after your order and payment is received. We will get it shipped out within 72 hours. But again that's only in an unusual case or if having an overflow of orders. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within the first 24-48hrs hours after a successful payment method is received. 

If you place a order on the weekend your order will be shipped the next business day unless it's a holiday.

Make sure to enter the correct address information for shipping. 

We will not be responsible for a returned packaged or a package that you didn't receive due to you entering the wrong address information.

That is why it is very important for you to make sure your address entered for shipping is correct.

Also for any local delivery order's, if you entered the wrong address and we can not find your location for the drop off. We will then contact you and schedule a postal delivery instead once we have communicated with you of the correct address. We will not due a second local delivery attempt if not found the first time. We will just have it shipped through the post office after contacting you.
